Estar Móveis Store in Sao Paulo Looks like a Giant Metal Honeycomb

Brazilian furniture design company, Estar Móveis, opened a new store in São Paulo and it looks incredible! The building's aesthetics and interior were completed by SuperLimão Studio. Estar Móveis has more than 60 years of experience, but they've begun to change their direction, adapting a more contemporary approach towards its own aesthetic language to fit present-day trends.
The firm's square-like structure is covered in hexagonal panels to emulate "honeycombs". Inside, an interesting blend of raw and contemporary elements can be seen in concrete beams and exposed bricks. “The masonry was peeled and exposed crudely and the lighting uses the preexisting structure to its fixation, bringing the highest flexibility possible for the product exhibition at the store.”
