According to recent reports, an iPad Air allegedly exploded in a store in Australia, leading to plenty of speculation as to what happened. But sources have said that the iPad in question was not an iPad Air, but an older model instead.
“It was an earlier generation iPad with Retina display model — not one of the more recently launched devices. Apple is investigating the cause,” a Vodafone Australia spokesperson said.
It is probably safe to say that the vast majority of us appreciate being able to safely go about our business. We are not looking to cause trouble or have it find us.
