After School with their new mini album has been making strong impressions with their fresh and new concept in the kpop scene. With their title track "Bang!" their concept of a marching band became a hit.

Despite the success, After School is being accused of plagiarizing their costume and concept from the Italian singer Alex Guadino with his song "Destination Calabria". The scenes and concept from the music video are quite similar.

The music video was released in 2007 and dominated the music charts in Mexico, Austria and Sweden and was one of the most popular songs. Sexy Majorettes were featured in the music video which proved the "plagiarism" allegations.

The majorettes dressed in marching band costumes also playing the drum was said to be similar to the music video teaser of After School. Overall, those accusing them of plagiarism say that the whole atmosphere was similar.

Although some also commented that the concepts are similar but it isnt necessarily "plagiarism" that applies. After School gahee was the one who started the marching band theme after being inspired by a movie she liked.
