It has been known that SM Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against Dong Bang Shin Ki trio (Hero JaeJoong, Micky YoonChun and Xiah JunSu).
SM announced on the 13th, “We have filed a lawsuit against the trio regarding the provisional decision for the trio’s appeal on the exclusive contract.”

Meanwhile, a long trial had gone on after the trio filed for a lawsuit against their own agency last July 31st regarding the exclusivity clause in their contract with the company. And on 27th October, the court rules provisional disposition of the exclusive belonging terms for the trio in their contract with SM Entertainment.
And recently, Dong Bang Shin Ki has announced discontinued activity on their Japanese official site.
