It's Pepero Day in Korea! November 11th is said to be it's date and according to wikipedia, it is named after the Korean snack Pepero and held on November 11, since the date "11/11" resembles four sticks of Pepero.The holiday is observed mostly by young people and couples, who exchange Pepero sticks, other candies, and romantic gifts. One exciting game is what they call the Pepero game where in 2 people will eat the Pepero stick on both ends and they will eat it until the food is gone which will result into a kiss.

During the MBC variety show "For The First Time" F.T. Island Lee Hongki and Rainbow Yoon Hye were asked to play the game which undoubtedly resulted into a small quick kiss!
