Police official statement released:


According to Seoul Yeongdeungpo police," On May 31st, Daesung's car collided with a vehicle that was previously involved in an earlier accident in Yanghwa bridge.. the motorcyclist was already passed out just before Daesung's car collapsed to him. We will give clear information after the investigation is over."

Police also added that the hospital, wherein the victim was brought is, is not yet confirming whether the victim was dead though some reports said that the motorcyclist was killed.

This is just an additional info I've searched. According to some reports also, Daesung even asked the taxi driver "are you okay?" , after the collision. The taxi driver responded that the other motorcyclist already collapsed and bleeding before Daesung's car collapsed to them. Daesung and the taxi driver went to police station for investigation.

Big Bang member Daesung is currently detained at the police station for investigation in regards of the recent car accident he was involved in.

On May 31, around 1:40AM kst, in Yanghwa Bridge in southern Seoul, Daesung is believed to have been collapsed with a taxi, wherein two unidentified motorcyclists were standing in front of the taxi.

The taxi knocked down one of the motorcyclist in front due to the impact of Daesung's car crashing from behind.

However, Daesung was not found to be drinking alcohol after a series of alcohol tests.

Meanwhile, Daesung is currently in the police station for further investigation.
