Both dramas mentioned where he appeared were aired and received high ratings in the Philippines. To promote his debut album "Breakdown" and to celebrate Face Shop's 5th anniversary in Philippines, wherein Kim Hyun Joong is one of the endorsers, the idol star visits Philippine for the second time around.

The "Hi-Five Touch" event is organized by PolyEast records in cooperation with TriNoma. The activity area of the said mall is full and packed of Hyun Joong's and TripleS' fans waiting to get a glimpse of the idol. Even the escalators around the area have been stopped functioning to let the fans have a place instead of going up and down.


Among the hundreds of fans present, 400 lucky fans are given chance to stand on the same stage with Hyun Joong and do a "high five" with their idol. Although the management is really strict with the instructions that "no handshake","no hugs", "no photo taking" policy, some fans can't control themselves and did it. Hyun Joong, with his friendly personality, project a bright image of an idol giving high fives to his fans.

He is all smiling throughout the session until the 400th fan arrived. Fans gave their best "HIGH FIVE" to Hyun Joong as they don't want to spoil the opportunity.

Hyun Joong is game to meet his Philippine fans and gave his sweetest smile to every fan he saw.
After the "high five" session finished, Hyun Joong, thanks his fans again and expressed that Philipppine fans are really amazing. He announced that he will have a solo concert on December and he hopes to see Philippine fans again.
