Labelmates girl groups KARA and Rainbow will be honored at the 7th annual Asia Model Festival Awards which will take place at the Olympic Hall in Seoul on January 18th.

DSP Media announced that KARA will receive the Asia Star Award while their labelmates Rainbow will be honored with New Star Award at the ceremony.

The Asia Model Awards, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, honors stars who show stellar achievement and excellence in the entertainment industry from 14 different countries. Under the theme of "Asia is One", the ceremony will feature various fashion shows, press conferences and other events.
