[News] Tablo's case against Tajinyo delayed again due to lack of evidence
2012.03.16
Tablo's defamation case against the organization Tajinyo lasted only in ten minutes due to a lack of documental evidence. The court trial has been delayed once again until the month of May.
Tajinyo or "We Demand the Truth from Tablo" group, is an internet group formed to question the legitimacy of Tablo’s academic background in Stanford University. On March 16th, the eleven members of the group stood on the trial at Seoul’s Central District Court and were prosecuted for violating privacy laws online.
Though the trial finally opened up after being delayed several times, the trial ended in ten minutes after it was judged that there was a lack of documental evidence.
The trial department claimed, "The proof documents for Tablo requested from overseas has still not arrived yet. The trial will be resumed in two months time."
Tajinyo has formally asked Tablo’s school, Stanford University, for formal proof of Tablo’s acceptance letter, diploma and other related evidence but the documents still not arrive yet. The next court trial is now scheduled to be on May 18th.
