Actress Jeon Ji Hyun showed her professionalism by successfully carrying on the shooting after suffering facial injury.
Jeon Ji Hyun will be playing the North Korean government interpreter Ryeon Jung Hee on the upcoming large-scale action movie ‘Berlin’ which will be released on January 31st. It has been revealed that the actress got injured by an empty cartridge during dangerous action scenes for the movie, but still carried on the shooting without letting others know of it.
Especially, Jeon Ji Hyun showed impressive actions scenes with wires and performed extremely difficult moves. Despite having a number of major and minor injuries, she never allowed the shootings to get delayed because of herself.
Director Ryu Seung Wan said, “Jeon Ji Hyun was very good at action scenes. No wonder why she did so well in ‘The Thieves’.”
