Rookie singer Lee Hi, who already enjoyed great success with debut single “1,2,3,4”, will be releasing her first album in March!

According to a representative from YG Entertainment, “Lee Hi just finished recording all the new songs for her upcoming album. She is planning to release it on March 1st but it’s possible that the album may come out sooner.”

The rep added, “Because Yang Hyung Suk oversaw all the details and production, the whole process went faster than expected. Lee Hi will delight everyone with even better music”, adding that Yang Hyun Suk believes it will surpass the popularity of “1,2,3,4”.

Most of the singers release their first full album at least a couple of years after debut these days, but for Lee Hi, it only took five months, which is a surprising choice. Lee Hi made such a big accomplishment so quickly, earning the title of “Monster Rookie” upon making her debut.
