T-ara reveal the 2nd teaser for their upcoming MV 'What Do I Do?' from their 8th mini repackaged "Again 1997". In contrary to the first teaser, the girls in the 2nd teaser are seen more in their concept.

They are projecting facial expressions conveying sadness. With the background music accompanying piano, Jiyeon sings the chorus with a hurtful feelings on it.
