Park Shin Hye has been confirmed to join the cast of SBS' upcoming drama 'Pinocchio'.
S.A.L.T Entertainment announced the news on September 4th saying that the actress will play as the lead female role Choi In Ha in SBS's drama 'Pinocchio'.
Her character in the drama Choi In Ha will be a reporter who suffers from 'Pinocchio syndrom' which causes her to hiccup whenever she tells lies.
Through her rep, Park Shin Hye shared that the reason why she chose 'Pinocchio' as her next project after 'The Heirs' and 'The Royal Tailors' as it will depict love, frustration and growth of young people in their 20s.
'Pinocchio' is directed by PD Jo Soo Won an screenwriter Park Hye Ryun who previously worked on 'I Can Hear Your Voice'. It will be aired in November following 'My Lovely Girl'.
