Earlier on September 25th, actor-model Julien Kang was reported to be arrested by the police as he was found wandering on the street only in his underwear.

According to Seoul Metropolitan Police Station, he was spotted walking alone on the street in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam on September 18th at around 3pm kst. The bystanders who reported him saying he seemed to be in a confused state of mind as he was wandering around the area that is just 1km away from his residence while having nothing but underwear on him.

Julien Kang told the police,"I was drinking with my acquaintances last night from 11pm to 4am kst, then I returned home and couldn't remember anything afterwards. I don't understand why I behaved that way". He received an examine for any narcotics used on the 24th but the result came out negative. The police will put in a request to the National Forensic Service for another detailed drug test on the 25th.

There was a proof video circulating on the internet which shows Julien Kang being taken by the police. Regarding the reports saying he was only in his underwear, his agency, Show Brothers Entertainment denied it and said he was wearing a shirt and a short pants, also he was with the manager while being investigated at the police station.
