B.A.P and TS Entertainment will head to the court next month following the group's lawsuit against the agency for their contract nullification.

On February 22nd, Seoul Western District Court announced the date for the first court trial between B.A.P and TS Entertainment to be on March 13th.

However, it was revealed that the court might be pushed back due to the changes of the Seoul Western District Court's pesonnel this month.

Both sides earlier stated that they wanted to have an amicable settlement with each other about the matter, but they couldn't overcome the conflict and decided to leave the final judgement to the court.

B.A.P filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment on November 26th, 2014 for their contract nullification as the group stated that the contract was a disadvantage to the members with unfair distributions of income and the agency also went against those terms which were cited to prevent 'slave contract'.
