This is the Devel Sixteen and it made heads turn at the 2013 Dubai International Motor Show. The V16 powered machine allegedly produces 5,000 hp, giving it an unheard of performance - 0 - 100km/h in 1.8 seconds. The car also allegedly tops 560km/h.

The Sixteen can be described as a cross between a Lamborghini Veneno, a Pagani Zonda and a fighter jet from the looks of it. Check it out in the video below:
