There have been plenty of discussions as to whether a Wonder Woman movie would ever hit the big screen, but this recent statement made by Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara suggests that they are looking into it.

The statement was made during an entertainment law conference. After addressing Warner’s failure to move beyond the Batman and Superman franchises, calling it a “missed opportunity,” he added that “we need to get Wonder Woman on the big screen or TV.”

So is a Wonder Woman project really in the pipeline? Tsujihara's statement was pretty vague, but it's still encouraging to know that even the CEO of a major studio thinks it's time to let other iconic DC superheroes take center stage.
