Not everyone is motivated to workout consistently. Once you start, you won't stop for awhile. But when you do, procrastination becomes a common culprit when it comes to starting your workouts again.

But fear not, here are some exercise hacks to help you get going!

1. Fitocracy: This is a cool concept - once you've completed a workout, you log into their program to earn points, quests, and achievements (like badges) for completing specific tasks such as "Starting to pull away!" which challenges you to run a mile in less than eight minutes.

2. Get an activity monitor: These are excellent motivators because it gives you a visual reference as to how much activity you're really doing. It also makes you want to beat or match your numbers every time.

3. jog.fm: Set your music to match your running!

4. Commercial game: Every time there's a commercial on TV, perform some type of exercise or stretch!

5. Turn your television drinks into television exercises: Instead of drinking every time you're in front of the TV, do an exercise.

6. Weighted vest: This tool is pretty awesome. You can wear it while you run errands to burn extra calories, or if you miss the gym, then you can still have a great workout at home.

7. Join a gym and think of the fees: You might fall off the bandwagon after several weeks, so keep reminding yourself that you're paying a monthly fee to be a member. After all, you don't want to be spending money just to be unfit, right?

8. Create your own workouts: Write down one workout for every stick. All you have to do is take one out, do it and then put it in the complete cup!

9. Workout first instead of shower: Showering relaxes most people, so it isn't the best way to start the day. Instead, wash your face and do a small, quick workout. It'll get you energized while also improving your physical condition! Of course, please take a shower after your workout.
