Kaohsiung Second Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice', a progressive prison located in Taiwan.
And check out the beautiful Japanese botanical garden, which was built by the prisoners as part of the prison's many vocational programs. The programs were designed to
help the inmates learn skills to apply for jobs once they complete their sentences. Other rehabilitative lessons provided include things like classical literature and even Chinese calligraphy!
