Did you know that you can actually get an erection even after death? While King Tutankamen might not have been hung from a noose prior to being embalmed, he was apparently buried with his penis at a 90-degree angle.

This was discovered by experts from the American University of Cairo, who believe it was done intentionally to fool his people into believing that he was Osiris, the ancient Egyptian god of the underworld.

They also noticed that Tut was covered in black liquid and had his heart removed before mummification, to match Osiris's skin tone and burial by brother Seth.
