Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is this volumetric house with industrial features designed by BAK Architects. The house is situated just meters away from the beach, to offer a relaxing living experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The concrete structure was built above the natural line of the plot, and it frames some of the most amazing views of the sea.
The owners are a young couple with three children, and they chose materials that were reasonably low maintenance. They also expressed that they loved the raw, almost unfinished appearance of the other projects designed by the architects. This residence is divided in two different living units: one for the family and the other for guests.
