Seinfeld's Acura Ads Are Meant to Be Intentionally Bad [VIDEO]

Jerry Seinfeld's latest ads for the Acura MDX and RLX touts its features, like its plastic cupholders and "real nylon carpeting". Sounds like some really boring stuff. Which, actually, turns out to be intentional.
The ads will run during the third season of Seinfeld's online only "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee", starting January 2. And while Seinfeld himself doesn't appear in the ads, Acura gave him free creative reign over the commercial executions.
It includes goofy slogans like "Yesterday's tradition of craftsmanship, today's affordable luxury, tomorrow I'm busy most of the afternoon."
