Alan Wilzig is rich and heck. He inspired a character in Wolf of Wall Street. He was the guy who delivered the 'jet ski' line when introducing Jordan Belfort to Naomi Lapaglia who later became his wife.
Basically Wilzig is stinking rich. And he's letting go of his apartment.
