Witness Sees a Woman Getting Stabbed to Death. Records a Video Instead

Instead of calling for help, a witness who saw a gruesome crime happened refused to do anything but record the whole horrifying ordeal on his phone. On Thursday of last week, a 20-year-old woman was stabbed to death by a man in an alleyway. A resident of the building watched from a window above recording the whole thing, according to Shanghaiist.
The onlooker did nothing but spark outrage for not helping. IF you see a crime happening, report it immediately, or call for help.
