Meet Amos Dudley. A 24-year-old digital design student who decided he didn't want to fork out big money for braces, so he decided to 3D print it for just $60. He printed 12 teeth correction trays and is currently wearing his last one.

Dudley wore braces in junior high but his teeth shifted when he didn't wear his retainer as recommended.

So he spent some money on materials to make the models of his teeth and a retainer.

He calculated how far his teeth needed to shift to design his set of alignment trays.

But, how did he put it on?
