This is former Italian porn star Sara Tommasi. She's apparently got some management skills because she was just hired to help run an amateur Italian soccer team. She has been hired by the team Marruvium. Her exact role is unclear but it appears that she will be some sort of sporting director.

The club president Romeo D’Amore seems pretty happy about the move and had this to say, “I am honored, we are very serious, Sara will surely [do] very well with us.”
