Jack Donaghy may be a smarmy businessman on 30 Rock, but his thoughts on handshakes are actually quite accurate. The way you shake someone's hand can really reveal a lot about your personality, which might not bode well if you're looking to make a great first impression. Signature move: A firmly grasped handshake that involves using the other free hand to cover the handshake or placing it on the forearm or shoulder.

Personality Type: This person most likely trying to create a false sense of sincerety. Do not trust him.

Signature move: Wet hands.

Personality Type: The person is super nervous about something, resulting in sweaty palms. Do what you can to put him at ease.
