Can't live without your morning coffee? Well, according to scientists, that's the worst time to be drinking it. Recent research have discovered that coffee in the morning will create two problems. That sucks big time!

In the morning, cortisol, a hormone that helps us deal with stress is highest in our bodies.

If we consume caffeine then, it creates two problems.

First: It interferes with the body's production of cortisol. The body ends up producing less cortisol, and relies on caffeine to compensate. Which will make you stress out.

The next problem is that it increases the person's tolerance to caffeine because it replaces the natural cortisol-induced boost instead of adding to it.

So the best time to drink coffee?

Between 10am and noon, and between 2pm and 5pm.
