This Troll Pretended To Be "Customer Service" on Corporate Facebook Pages

Trolls are everywhere, and they can be annoying as heck, but sometimes, they're just pure comedy gold. Ben Palmer, a comedian in Atlanta, created a Facebook account under the name of 'Customer Service.' And he's got the whole Internet cracked up!
He uses the account to troll customer complaints on corporate companies' Facebook pages. Here's an example:

Some people mistake him as an official representative of the company.
Furthermore, what he's doing isn't necessarily illegal either.
He isn't misrepresenting himself under the names of these companies.
He's just giving smart alec advice.
