Lots of artists these days are just removing their tops and walking around in the name of art. The most recent artist to do so is Milo Moire. She was last seen walking around naked at the LWL Museum for Art and Culture in Muenster, Germany. Now she's at it again, this time, in Paris.

Paris wasn't amused by the art, so she was arrested.
