U2, the band that just won't quit, too old to rock, and has lyrics that are lazy, don't mean much and really just feature lead singer Bono's "ooohhs" and "aahhhs" have just made history. U2 just invaded your privacy. Giving you stuff you didn't want.
The band performed their new song "The Miracle (of Joey Ramone)" off their new album, Songs of Innocence. They revealed they would be giving it away for free on iTunes right away.

Because who cares about U2 anyway these days?
Even the markets were scared of them.
U2 basically attended a party that was way too cool for them.
Does Apple hate its customers so much?
Then this happened: whatever this is.
