There Can Be Only One Mouse. Disney Trying to Block Deadmau5 From a Trademark

It looks like Disney doesn't like the idea of having two mice in town. Deadmau5 has been using his mouse head for 10 years already, but Disney is only just having a problem with it.
Deadmau5 DJ Joel Zimmerman tweeted that Disne had filed an opposition to his U.S. trademark application for his logo. He's already got trademarks in 30 countries.
Disney doesn't like this mouse.
He went on to tweet about it:
And continued ranting: But then he made a faux pas.
People noticed his foot in mouth and decided to point out.
Will he win against Disney? Or will there only be one mouse?
