It just doesn't get any faster than this. StoreDot, an Israeli tech startup, recently debuted a new battery pack that can fully charge a dead smartphone battery in 30 seconds flat. Here's a look at the prototype in action:
The speed of the battery pack is all thanks to microscopic magnets called "nanodots". A spokesperson for the company says that mass production will only commence in 2016.
