News of Justin Bieber's arrest has been widespread. Now there's rumors and speculation of his possible deportation back to Canada. But does Canada want him back?

Apparently not, according to comedian Dartonion London who believes what Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper would say. The comedian dressed up as Harper and started citing examples of other famous Canadians from Keanu Reeves to Jim Carrey and requests that the pop star in the U.S.

The video ends with a final, somewhat reasonable plea from London: If the U.S. does have to kick Bieber out and send him back to Canada, at least wait until he has laryngitis.
