If you're one of those who find it a chore to visit the waxing salon on a regular basis, you might feel better there are plenty of other women who feel the same way. A new study found that more women are choosing to let things get hairy in the V zone.
British pharmacy site UKMedix.com commissioned the survey which polled 1,870 women across the UK between the ages 18 - 30, asking them, "Do you style or groom the hair in your bikini region?"
The answer: 49 percent said yes, while 51 percent said no.
45 percent of women who have decided to forgo grooming said they "used to, but don't any longer," while 14 percent said they couldn't afford all of those pricey waxes. That's a pretty high attrition rate, if you ask us.
Then again it could also be due to the fact that men are shifting their preferences towards a more natural bikini aesthetic. However, doing this for the men wasn't really the women's main concern. The survey found that 30 perfect of women simply preferred the "natural look."
Well, guess this is good news to many of you who dread the pain for the silky smooth gain: You are not alone.
