Everyone makes mistakes but here's one act you don't want to keep making mistakes at. Sex. That's right! Check out the list of most common mistakes below. Don't get any of them wrong the next time after this!
Opening the condom with your teeth. It's very easy to mistakenly poke a hole in a condom.
Punishing the pole. The penis is a highly sensitive organ. Biting, pulling, and strangulation should be avoided.
Using lube without reading the label. It can destroy condoms, making them more likely to break.
Jamming the clam. The clitoris has 8,000 nerve endings, and doing this isn't recommended.
Not doing it after working out. Blood flow to your genital region is higher after a workout, making your sexual functions go off the charts.
Failing to feed your libido. If your sex drive has been down, it might be time to look at your diet.
Not using a condom because she's on the pill. Birth control pills are 91-99 percent effective in preventing pregnancy, but it goes down if she fails to take it at the same time every day, or if she's been sick, or she's on certain medications.
Forgetting to put lube inside the condom. It will prevent breakage and it feels much better too.
Double bagging for extra protection. Doesn't work that way!
Only kissing the lips. There are more erogenous zones begging to be kissed.
Foregoing foreplay. It increases dopamine levels, eases anxieties, facilitates natural lubrication, and enhances the entire experience.
Not doing it enough. Sex can improve your sleep cycle, lower your blood pressure, ease stress, burn calories, clear up nasal congestion, fight depression, and help you live longer.
