This record setting $500 million dollar home is currently under construction on a hilltop in Los Angeles. The 4.6 acre property will feature a 74,000 square-foot main house along with 3 smaller ones that will encompass a 100,000 square-foot area of land.
Nile Niami, claims that the house will have almost every amenity available in the world.
The residential developer's latest project in Bel Air will have four swimming pools, and even 20,000 square-foot of surrounding synthetic grass.
It will have 360 degree views overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Beverly Hills, San Fernando Valley, and Downtown Los Angeles.
There's also a 5,000 square-foot master bedroom, 30 car garage and a Monoca-style casino.
The house was designed by Paul Mcclean, and the construction will involve removing 40,000 cubic yards of earth for the construction of the home.
