Here's Kim Kardashian at the premiere of Mademoiselle C in Paris and while she could be at home taking care of her three month old daughter, she's walking around in Paris showing off her fake tits to distract everyone else from the fact that she still hasn't lost any of that post pregnancy weight. VH1′s Gossip Table revealed that Kim left strict instructions for the care of her baby with her momager — including that Kris was not allowed to take snaps of the baby or share her pictures online!
