Leo DiCaprio refused to party with the Kardashians two weeks ago because he knew there were cameras all over. Then now, Star says that while he was in CAnnes last month, Justin Bieber was in the same club with him. When a shirtless Bieber spotted Leo, he had his bodyguard push through to get where Leo was sitting.

His bodyguard asked if Leo would be interested in hanging, but instead he shook his head and said no. According to the source:
