Sony's engineers have filed for a patent. It is a wearable tech. Instead of being a watch or a pair of glasses, it is a smart wig with embedded rumble tech to tap the wearar on the scalp when they get a message.

Here a bit of their description: “Wearable computing device, comprising a wig that is adapted to cover at least a part of a head of a user.” It would certainly need to be tethered to a partner device of course, perhaps a smartphone.

Sony suggests there could be a camera, ultrasound based proximity scanner and laser pointer incorporated into its smartwig. They didn't say if Donald Trump would be the first person to wear this though.
