Microsoft has unveiled the Surface 2 tablet at its event in New York City. It will be a total revamp of its predecessor and comes with a ton of free cloud storage.
The device, which starts at $499, features a full 1080p display, 25% more battery life and can be used more than 12 hours a day and is lighter and thinner than before.
It comes with a USB 3.0 port and microSD and runs on the lightning fast NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor and runs on Windows RT 8.1
There's 200GB of free SkyDrive storage, the largest cloud storage just yet.
The device will go on sale October 22 in 21 markets, and pre-orders begin on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. ET.
The Surface 2 tablet touts the entire Office suite on the Surface and brings a real email client to the tablet. There's also the usual kickstand, and other accessories for it.
The company is also playing up video chat functionality and is offering free international Skype calling and hotspot Wi-Fi when you buy a Surface 2 or Pro 2.
