McDonald's Tables Are Now NFC Smartphone Racetracks (Video)

McDonalds is experimenting with the Happy Table. Another way to lure kids in on top of using the Happy Meal. It uses simple NFC stickers to turn its dining tables into a virtual interactive race track.
All the kids need is a smartphone with wireless NFC capabilities. They've also got to download an app which turns the device into a car driven by one of the restaurant's mascots. A series of NFC stickers are located on the underside of the table and will trigger different sections of the track with different hazards.
