The Ev_Leaks Twitter account has just posted a pair of screenshots showing a leak for the setup app for Samsung Galaxy Gear. The company is set to announce it on September 4th, and if these are real, then the smartwatch will likely rely on your phone to do a lot of things. What's the point right?
The Galaxy Gear will come with NFC and Bluetooth and the smartwatch will be used for easy pairing with your phone or tablet. Once it is paired, you can use your phone to do just about everything that the watch can.
