Looking to upgrade your old iPhone for a brand new one that's coming soon? You might just be able to do that at your local Apple store.

The Cupertino, Calif. company is preparing to launch a new iPhone trade-in program, according to 9to5Mac. It may go live in Apple stores next month allowing customers to bring in an old iPhone for a newer model.

By offering in-store trade-ins, Apple could potentially increase the number of handsets that it sells on its own.
