According to science, you don't actually have to wash the raw chicken with water before you cook it. I'm not sure about you, but I'm somehow just too used to doing just that.
Apparently, it's definitely worse to wash a chicken with water because you might spray all kinds of bacteria from the kitchen, all over your sink, and yourself without even knowing.
The idea? Just go straight to cooking. The method may seem very unsanitary to do so but it's apparently the best way to kill bacteria on a raw chicken. Watch the video below for more. Will you dare try this?
