Surgical gloves. Can they be improved? According to Park Bomin, Jung Sumi and Chu Yeunho they can. They just won the Red Dot Design Award for their Safe Cut surgical gloves. It features a pull tab that makes them easier to remove and prevents them from being reused, whether intentionally or not.

The gloves look a whole lot easy to remove, and after that, it'll be almost impossible to put on again. But pulling the tab tears through the latex material and makes it easier to accidentally get whats on the gloves onto your skin, something that most people wearing gloves wouldn't want.
