The Facebook chief revealed some insights into how he hires a person at the 2015 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.


He revealed the one question he asks before he brings them onboard the company:

“I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person,” Zuckerberg told the group.

“It’s a pretty good test.”
