Forget snapping a picture of the spot where you parked. Soon, Apple Maps will be able to remember where you parked. A hidden asset buried in iOS 8 seems to reveal a Maps feature that will do just that.

We're not sure how the new feature will work for now, but it could follow Google's example of dropping pins whenever you exit a moving vehicle. Till more information comes out, we're really just speculating.
