This is the story of Smitten Ice Cream, and it almost feels like you're entering into a scientist's lab. There's an industrial sized tank of liquid nitrogen that churns out personalized scoops of ice cream to order.

Liquid nitrogen is supposed to make the best ice cream because it prevents the formation of large ice crystals producing a creamier result.
