According to the New York Times, Apple is researching a way to wirelessly charge its products and its smartwatch could come equip with such tech, along with solar charging. '

The Times also mentions that "two people who work at the company" have told them that Apple is considering on equipping a smartwatch with a screen which has a solar charging layer built into it.
